Battery level Green wire from throttle control

I have both the twist and thumb throttle controller. Both have the green wire that is not conected to a plug. I believe this wire is for battery level indicator but where do I attach it?

Hi Gary

You have to connect the green wire to the +ve wire from the battery for the battery level LEDs to work.

Thanks Alan, I just tried it and it works great! I figured that was it but didn't want to risk running power into something I was unsure of.

What is the "+ve" wire?
The big red plus wire coming out from the battery or something within the controller?

I'd say '+ve' means positive... ;-)

"+ve" = positive = +      "-ve" = negative = -

Yes, the big red power output wire from the battery will be fine.

If you have a separate power switch on the bike, make sure you connect it on the speed controller side of the switch, or your battery meter lights will be on all the time.
