Hi Tom and welcome back.
To extend the range you will need to reduce the
Battery drawn current setting to prevent the motor from drawing so much power.
The less power you draw from the battery, the greater your range will be.
To limit the maximum speed you will need to reduce the
Maximum Forward speed (rpm) setting until it can't exceed your preferred maximum speed at full throttle.
If you wish to rename your old user account
(OldManTomahawk) you should be able to do that from the
Account Settings link under the
Modify Profile section.
However, if you cannot access it because you've forgotten your password, please let me know and I can email you a temporary password so you can login to your old account and reset the password.
