Bluetooth - open/close?

Hi - just wanted to confirm my assumption that Close=Enable and Open=Disable with the bluetooth controller.

I would have expected it to be the opposite way around:

1: Open = On: Enabled
0: Closed = Off: Disabled

From my point of view, an option that is open is available, whereas a closed option is not.

But when I last tried altering the Regen braking enable and Throttle enable settings on my MP Edge, I seem to recall that it didn't actually make any difference to their operation.
