Smart Pie 4 noise

Hi, I recently purchased a Smart Pie 4 front wheel kit in the UK. It goes well and is mostly silent but makes an intermittent resonating noise on moderate hills.

Is this normal?.

Edit: I should have read more before asking this!, turns out noise was caused by loose spokes. Now sorted. Silence is Golden!.
