Wiring Diagram for a Key Switch

OK I better just ask someone to draw me a wiring diagram for this switch. What I am using the key switch for is to shut the power off to my controller from my batteries.  Please keep in mind I am NOT using this to replace a key switch that comes installed in a battery case. I am using the switch from GM Canada see Illustrations. The first illustration is The old and new key switch. The second and third illustrations are possibilities for wiring. If someone could help me here be greatly appreciated don't wanna blow anything up. Sorry for being so new at this all. Just rather be safe than sorry.  :D

There's often some kind of diagram on the switch itself which shows the configuration. If not you'll have to meter the contacts for continuity to determine the proper path(s).

The switch should be connected into the positive power cable as shown in the diagram below:
