disparragment of GM products is growing tiresome.

I find Alien's posts amusing and entertaining
I have already discovered that there is some things that Gm has alledged to have said and done in the past and that and that there were some QC issues that needed to be addressed.
I give them the benefit of the doubt.
I give Alien that same curtisy.
But I need not remind you we are on a .CA Forum.
I like to think that Canadians are open minded and smart enough to decide for themselves what is tiresome or or not worth reading.
If you don't like it ...........why are you reading it?Why do you respond to some and not others?
It would be a true test for GM to once in a while to address the aliens and respect them for there constructive critique.
To slam them is wrong.Take the time to help address issues.I thought this Forum was to to help each other and likewise for GM to gleam valuable
feedback.I myself have sent queries via e-mail and get nothing sent back from GM.
I ask and do not get answers..........

This Forum was goldenmotor.com long before I became a member, and if you take a close look at the top of this page you should notice that it still is.

To answer the OP....

One have to have read a lot of 'ChinaEnglish' manuals to fully understand what a Chinese means when he write English. The Goldenmotor site are not bad, but they do have their moments.

When they say 'hub motors with energy saving', they means that it's YOU that saves (your body)energy, because you don't have to pedal so much when you use their motors... They also might refer to the regenerative braking...

The server hosting the forum is in Phoenix, AZ. The operating system is Linux, database is MySQL, it has all of the usual SSL security running etc. They did start out on a server in B.C. back at the turn of the century. Must have become tired of 8 months of Winter with 4 months of bad skiing.

to be honest I have found the infineons great for the money........$ 79 from cell man at endless-sphere...and lyens are amazing ....both customizable, and supplied with the best Fets

I been using my infineon at various settings...by can easily run constant 40 amps, peak of 60, phase of over 110......

I hear Kelly controllers are also good
