I'm about at the same #2 build.
Takes awhile to get it all together then you have to mod just about everything to make it the way you want.  I stole the front tire off of it today as the spokes came for the Schwinn and I hate being without an e-bike.  Black spokes mixed with the silver as that is what they sent me.
