Hi Mark

Looks really nice. I thought you said this build was for a child. Seems like your the one having all the fun! I like the extra supports on the rack. You would definatly need those on a bmx track. I notice the vehicle in the background has EV on the side. Tell us about that too!

Fantastic looking build. The cast wheel looks really strong.  As you say, a great idea for chucking in the back of a car if you want to do some scenic riding if living in the city

I totally agree with Gary and Andrew, that certainly does look like a fun bike to ride.

Mark, how well does the rear brake work with such a narrow braking surface on the rim?

I thought you said this build was for a child.

55 seems like a perfectly acceptable age for a child to me. ;)

I notice the vehicle in the background has EV on the side. Tell us about that too!

Mark's already done that:
"my HRV Honda its fast very good up hills tried it around a BMX track and no kids could catch me"

And you really think they should be able to? I'm surprised you weren't severely reprimanded for such reckless behaviour, it's stunts like that that give us careless careful car drivers a bad name.

I thought you said this build was for a child.? Yes it is but the child in me had to test it first. I have now reprogrammed it so its so the regen is a little less aggressive at 75% and top speed is around 25km/h ;)

How well does the rear brake work with such a narrow braking surface on the rim? Not to bad that part of the cast rim could be made wider , May be Golden Motor could look at that for improvements  :-\
