Is GM still alive?
« on: August 14, 2010, 10:04:38 AM »
My motor died. I emailed Tom. I got no response.

Any ideas if GM is still in business?

Is there anyone who deals with warranty issues?

How long since you emailed them? They are still alive, and I get respons next day or the day after. I think that is fast considering timezones...

From my experience, It takes a while sometimes....

Manufacturers are not known for their response times.

I've had warranty issues with them before and have waited weeks, sometimes months' before getting it rectified, (IF you can get it rectified.)

Here you getting a reply is as likely as winning the lottery !

I suggest you get all the email addresses of GM usa/eu/cn and all there dealers world wide an CC every document !! emails galore !
you  will not get response !  put video on youtube   will work better but they may post comments on it !

Even going in person back to them WASTE OF TIME    !!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D

They are a self made company they use marketing youtube/cornwalltube/wowtube to sell only !!! :D :D :D
Try to put a smile on the face of others it cost nothing ...by what you say !
