I think he means anyone who purchased a Pie on the launch day (20th October).

I did, and I'm still waiting for mine to arrive.

Anyone get a tracking number yet? As of 11/4, no pie yet in NorCal.
BTW, our order placement had delays.

By the way, the new Magic Pie is really a good improvement in the Goldenmotor range of products.  It is fast, very quiet, and with torqe enough to take me an my bike (95+23kg {260lbs}) in a 10% uphill without pedalling.

It sounds like Roberto has already received one!

Had to true the rim... it was way out.
Took it for a run today using a test bike. Looks good. ..Lots of tork at 36 volts and regen is very smooth.
My end use will be at 48v but just testing at 36 for now.

3 weeks and counting...

Sounds like they're starting to arrive though, so I'll just have to be patient!

Trike20> Any more thoughts on your pie? Always interesting to see pictures of your build...

Cheers,
Jim

Hello GM,
We're at day 25 since PayPal payment cleared.
We would very much appreciate an order status update

.....

from GM email Nov 3, 15 days ago
Dear Rxxxyyy,

Sorry for the delay, we had to wait for the warranty cards to be printed and for the delivery company to pick them up. Rest assured they are on their way now.
Could you at least indicate if they've been manfactured yet?
Thank you, en avance

From the parcel tracking information - my pie was sent on 04/11. It arrived in the UK 12/11. It then took another 5 days to be delivered on 17/11.

So 13 days shipping time in total.

The shipping time is outside of the control of GM - but if you email Tom he should be able to give you the despatch date and the tracking information for your package.

I wonder how many orders were received on 20/10? We know it was more than expected!

2 weeks was pushing it, however ..waiting 2+ MONTHS for delivery is considered completely ridiculous in most circles!

Sad for the delay for your item.

You must be worried.

Is there any tracking number for the items.

Sometimes this stuff falls into mandatory custom checks and because of the season holidays the backlog may be slow to process.

I ask you to consider all possibilities of what could happen to your item since its purchase.

Your order may have been sent and held up somewhere.  I suggest you jump onto this but leave no stone unturned and get to the bottom of this, if you get my drift.
