No info on order

Hi there,  I have bought a motor kit and have had it a while.  It was promplty shipped.  I then ordered a battery pack.  I recieved an email telling me that my order had been placed on Oct 2 and my goods would be delivered in 5-10 working days.  It is now Oct 23 and I have sent several request to sales@goldenmotor.com asking where my battery pac is.  I have not received any response.  I would have highly recommended your company before but now I am a bit skeptical to do so.  I also called the USA phone number on your website and did not get a response.  My order referenece number is 75H84914JC711643X

Hi kjorgensen andto the forum.

I know there was a recent problem with the supply of batteries, but as far as I'm aware, the problem has already been delt with.

This might help to explain;
 

Dear Battery buyers of GM.

Apparently, after the 8 long days of holiday, and most of the chinese have stopped work for that long period, and after all the fuss about batteries not being sent, our batteries are OUT OF STOCK. Entirely out of stock. Please wait for a few more days, a pack of 30 batteries have been sent out just after the holidays ended, we would need time to get the new stock from our suppliers. I regret and sincerely apologise (especially for barry's son's birthday) for this incident because we have never had such a situation before whereby the batteries have gone out of stock.(Old GM users should understand what i'm saying about the past batteries). I assure you this will never happen again.

If your battery isn't already on its way to you, it certainly should be by now.

You can try sending an email to yaoyuan@goldenmotor.com to clarify the current position, but he may not be able to reply straight away as he is currently working silly hours trying to meet an important deadline.

While I understand how frustrating this delay must be for you, please don't worry, because I'm sure your battery will turn up soon.

Have you got very far with fitting the kit, or are you waiting for the battery to arrive before you start?

Thanks Alan,  I just wanted to get some sort of reply from someone.  I have my bike (giant sedona), your GM's 1000watt 48 volt kit, and everything but the battery.  I am not in mad rush to get it done, just curious why I didnt get any replies.  I am excited to see what power this new kit will provide me.  I currrently have a 500 watt 48 volt kit (e-bikekit.com)  on a bike frame that is a bit small for me.   I ride it 4.5 miles to work, charge it, and return home.  Love being green and the concept of ebikes.  Do as much work as time allows and personal energy, let the electricity take over from there.  Thanks, Kurt  Maybe I can be a dealer and we can drop ship these things out of my garage.

Apologize for the delay.
We arranged to send out your battery from our US warehouse on Oct 3rd.
But they were out of batteries for a few weeks & thought they were being sent direct from China to the US customers while they waited for our shipment to arrive.

It will go out Friday from US warehouse.
