Greverif , You have the phase set at 60 it should be 120 .

Also from the video , you have not clamped down the axle . It should be firmly clamped down or when you hit the throttle it will rip out the wiring inside . Only the wheel should spin , not the motor . The controller should never move . Rod

  One more thing acceleration should be around 80% from what I believe Gary says . Stop testing the wheel without the axil clamped down . I feel that is what ripped out the wiring in the controller the first time by the description of your first post . Rodmiami

I just didnt feel I needed to put the wheel on the bike to show you since I knew it wouldnt rotate. I have confirmed the problem was the controller and bmsbattery have sent me a New one.
