Monintoring program keeps showing the same error message!

Hi, Guys!

My name is Yong and building a electric car with my team in Korea.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased 10kw 48v BLDC motor via Ebay and a 48v 300A controller from Korean dealer.

The first problem I found was that the hall sensor connector from motor is 5pin but hall sensor connector from the controller was 6pin.

So I cut them off and just connected only wires.

and I also connected foot pedal to the controller with no connector as well.

but the program keeps showing the same message.

Current shutdown of DC contractor1 (pin3)

I am fully aware of that pin2 and pin3 are disconnected! cus I didn't connect them to anything

furthermore I used wiring diagram with no contactor.

Is contactor necessary for the controller that I'm using?

I also tried with DC Power supply but It's not in the photos.

Pls someone help me!

and the Korean dealers keep repeating all they can do is e-mailing to you ! GM!

Hi Yong,

This group can be pretty helpful, but you need to supply more information.  The specifics are very important; exact brand name and model numbers of all the components you are using, wiring diagrams you may  have received, etc.  You just haven't provided any of that. 

I really like the  socks in the last photo, tho.
