yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Despite my complaints with China, I have the pie up and running and I'm as happy as Mrs Miggins in her pie shop!

Pie loaded, battery charged and went out for proper testing yesterday. Fantastic!!

Went out with 20Ah 48v battery and covered 15 miles continious with ease. The terrain was less hilly than my commute route but will test that tomorrow. Battery green light indicator did not ever go off (which seems to good to be true - less than half a battery for 15 miles). Because I want to pedal I've already found that staying in a very high gear and just changing up and down the large front cog works a treat.

Ginge - massive thanks again for your help with just about everything especially the forks and torque arm.  ;D ;D ;D

bad news on the car, actually in Feb I spent £600 - wish I had known about the land of pie then as would not have bothered.

OK now for some pic's (Andrew please check my tidy wiring - nearly as good as yours. BTW I'm thinking the bike looks better than I thought on a 700c - notice the inbalance in that the rear does not have a pie (yet)  :-\

Lights etc will follow when have some more cash ..

yep! lol

can't believe it was mothers day today - the event has kept me away from my bike and looking after kids instead! Now normally thats fine and I like catching up with them but the day after a pie install  ??? - come on that is just plain rediculous. Shocking - don't people know that every day is pie day?  :D

Ginge - I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. Extensive mileage testing and recharge timings - I'll be baking my pie all day

Sorry about that Gary, it's just that it took me so long to correct the other 50% that I finally had to admit defeat! ;)

It's a bit like weeding the garden, just when you think you're nearly finished, you find loads more popping up all over the place.

Thanks again for that Ginge, I've volunteered to help the wife sort out the end of year accounts tomorrow later today, so I'll definitely be at home. I'll let you know as soon as it arrives, providing it turns up before I go to work, otherwise it will probably be around this time again.

It's arrived, and it seems a whole lot smaller than I thought my other one was  ::)

I'm hoping it will fit without too much hassle, but it looks like it may have to wait until after Easter, because I have got a long list of things that I must do before my daughter's wedding.

Thanks again Ginge, I will let you know the outcome when I've had chance to install it.
