fried 48v regen controller

I shorted the wiring and a transister fell (melted) off is there anybody who can fix these things?

In all probability it will cost as much if not more to do a repair than to buy a new controller. Sorry, I'm sure there are lots of ebike controller repair guys in the UK since ebikes there are well supported. In that case I must reiterate that purchase of a new unit appears to be the solution.
