This is a totally rebuilt from scratch 1000 watt eBike. It is a Large size. It will cruise uphill at ease at full speed.
All bearings, cables, brakes, tires, and tubes have been totally rebuilt or replaced. It is designed to be a city cruiser. There is no maintenance to do. Just adjust the seat and ride it.
There is an onboard display or you can replace it with your cell phone and use the BlueTooth connection.
Battery is 48V @ 11aH. Rapid battery charger included.
The motor controller has a cruise control function which is really nice on a long ride.
The motor controller is embedded in the rear hub, making it a much cleaner installation.
Brake leavers are part of the drive system that disengages the drive if you apply the breaks. As well, there is regenerative braking (you can turn that on or off).
It cruises at 34km/hour however you can remove the limiter if you wish to go faster. Throttle control is via your right thumb and you do NOT need to pedal if you don't want to.
All motor components (Golden Motor-local in Toronto) are brand new from 3 months ago when I built this for a customer and then he had to walk away from the deal due to a personal reason. This is the link to the drive motor:
