GM 700c Rim measurements

I wanted a matching rim for the other wheel so I ordered a rim from Golden Motor, Canada.
http://www.goldenmotor.ca/products/Golden-Motor-700c-Rim.html
(comes with one piece rubber rim tape labeled '26x20 MADE IN CHINA 123')

GM does not provide the dimensions for the rim. So before ordering new spokes I need to measure the rim. The attached file has those measurements to the best of my ability with a digital and steel tape measure. The profile shown in the tube cavity should be fairly accurate. The profile shown in the nipple cavity is what is know as a "wild ass guess". The zip file contains DWG and PDF format files.

I am also building a wheel truing stand from 8020 Inc. aluminum extrusions. It is designed to be build with common hand tools, strong enough for any bicycle wheel (including fat bikes, hub motors, rims up to 29er's with tires) and to be rigid enough for accurate dishing. I will include more info on that later.

EDIT: correct spoking diameter
