Hello,
I wrote here before several times regarding my Magic Pie 3 not working.
My old controller was able to connect to the PC without any problems, I have gotten me another original controller and tried to connect it to PC as I did with my old one, but this time with no luck.
*my controller was unplugged from the power source while I tried to connect it to the PC.

I wold like to know, is the fact I am unable to connect the controller to pc is any indexation to a faulty controller?

Send an email to your supplier and explain the problem to them, if the controller is faulty it will need to be replaced.
