MP3 Torque Problems. Rev/Forward Drive

Hi, I'm from Germany and build me a Nirve Switchblade with MP III motor in the front wheel.
The motor runs backward (with black and blue wire together) because my disc brake is on the right side. I have the problem that I do not have enough torque. ... The high speed is OK, but when I drive I do not have enough power. In mountain driving, it is particularly bad.
Is in reverse mode the MP3 not as strong as forward mode?
Or something wrong with my settings?

Is there something wrong???
I want to drive max speed roundabout 21 mph but I need more torque for the Hills and the Nirve and are not Lightweights  ;D

Please can somewhere tell me the best Settings.

Or can someone tell me the exact settings. Guess that I get better results with different settings. It is misleading in that he is so weak approach. Normally, the MP3 will be a very strong engine! Would be nice if someone could help me.

First off if its a GM battery and its 48v12ah it is not lifepo4 it is lithium maganese.

It looks like you have the settings maxed out. Could it possibly be a loose connection between the battery and the motor?

I have a similar bike. A Nirve cannibal with an MP3 in the front. I had to set the acceleration to 75 percent to stop the front wheel from spinning out on take off. This does not limit top speed or power.

How steep are the hills and how heavy is the rider? I have several steep hills on my way to work. The bike does slow down but I don't have to pedal.

No its not a GM Battery its 48v12AH Liepo4 ,not maganese!!!!
All Connections are Good , and the Battery  full Power .(tested)
my weight is round about 100kg. .The hills are little. When I want to drive I must pedal hard to start to drive....
its really little torque in the beginning.
Please can you tell me your complete Setting!!!
Are all my Setting Ok ???

I don't need a much of highspeed 20 mph it enough but I need the Torque for better start and Hill climbing.

Svenni , you could try setting voltage at 24V . Most people do . Also is the phase set at 120 I hope . Hope this helps .Rod

  Here is a picture of my Nirve  with Smart Pie and 36v GM battery . It is also running in reverse .

  Svenni , Most Golden Motor owners set their motors at 24V . It is suppose to increase torque . The Phase should always be set to 120 degrees , sometimes the factory settings are at 60 , why? I don't know . Actually I don't think it will run if set to 60 degrees . Try the 24V setting it will not harm the motor in anyway . I think that you will feel the difference .

Yeahr I found the Problem. When the black and blue wires are together, the program does not connect properly with the Controller, and the Controller is not overwritten. The program says that it is connected to the Controller. But it did not unfortunately. I disconnected the cables, and then I could write about the controler.
Now I have the right power :-)

But another question yet.
Did you torque based on the fork installed?
Now, the torque is so large that the shaft has rotated in a fork. :-(
It now has a cable to be soldered again!

Although the use of torque arms is always recommended, I would not have expected the axle to spin if it had been tightened correctly and the two tabbed torque washers were correctly located within those steel plate fork dropouts.

I don't have torque arms fitted on any of my steel framed bikes, and the rear motor's axle has been subjected to enough torque to flip the bike over backwards under acceleration without any signs of spinning the axle when 4396.7 Watts of power was applied! ;)
