I am building a solar+Electric Tuk tuk and planning to take it from India to Europe.

Controller :HPC300H
My Questions:
1) My speed reduces after every 15-20 Kms. If I wait for the few minutes, and then the Vehicle speed picks up again.
2) I am UNABLE TO CONNECT TO MY COMPUTER, which is very annoying. I am using hard wired cable instead of PI-400. UART TO USB converter. How to fix this issue?.
3) I have been told by Oscar( china), that they a bug in the controller they sent. But he cannot send me a new one?, I don't understand this. What is this kinda support.
Atleast some one here can direct me to solve this issue.
