convert front motor to rear
« on: April 27, 2009, 01:40:57 PM »
Hi Folks,
I have a 500w 36v goldenmotor front hub I'd like to convert to rear. Does anyone have a spare threaded end cover that I can purchase?
  Thanks,

Yes I know, The shaft is too short to install a standard cassette on the drive side. I have one that I modified to make rear drive but it was a lot of work to put a threaded adapter in the cover. Making a shaft extention is not to bad however. Thats why I'd like to pick up a cover, I don't mind building another extention but I don't want to spend the time modifying the covers.
