How to Power Two Motors???

what do I need to do to be able to change in-between two motor?

I have a motor in both (Front - Rear) but it seems they fight over energy even though I use them one
at a time. Never at the same time...

How do I Safely Splice two motors onto one Battery WITHOUT (Soldering) & causing problems in-between the two controllers?

Are the two motors different types or the same?

Do they have separate throttles or do they share a single throttle control?

Connecting two power leads to a single battery should not cause any problems whatsoever, but if you really want to joint the two motors to a single battery lead without soldering, it might be best to use a 30Amp junction box and connect the wires as I've shown in the attachment below.

Can this safely be done with a (3 terminal) junction box

for some reason, there's no available 30amp (4 terminal) junction boxes

does it have to be the rounded kind or no?

A three terminal junction box can be used provided you can get all three wires into a single terminal, as the clamping screws may not have much thread holding in the connector if there are too many wires being clamped underneath them. Obviously, you would only need to use two of the three terminals, one for the three red cables, and one for the three black ones.

You may need to go for a 60Amp three way connector as used on showers and cookers etc. if your wires are too thick to fit into the 30Amp terminals.

The shape of the box does not matter, it's more a question of finding something that can accommodate the thickness of the wires and handle the current.

If the wires will fit, it should be fine to use them, but just make sure all the connections are secure and wrapped completely with insulation tape just to play safe.

Okay. everything works... I used a (6-Post Terminal Block)... the only thing is I have to have an on and off switch for the Magic Pie and have to turn it on after the other motor is turned on. If I turn them on at the same time, the Magic Pie doesn't come on... so what I do is turn the Battery on from the key ignition which turns the front motor on & then I turn on the MAGIC through the switch...

Does this seem like a problem?

The Switch that I'm using at the moment 10amp on and off switch. I believe this is bad so I'm looking for a minimum 30amp

I want to get a 30 amp switch because in the future, I'm looking into purchasing an Infineon Mark II Controller
