Hello, it is just an information about TENERGY batteries I ordered on this website :
http://www.all-battery.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2276I bought 2 * 24V 4,2AH batteries to mount on my ebike. The batteries I received are well but the capacity is only 3AH and not 4,2 AH.
I informed them about this problem and if they have any idea of the cause.
They asked me to do 2 more cycles and they gave me the specification sheet of the batteries. The problem is still not solved with 2 more cycles and the minimum capacity indicated on the sheet is 4AH so I proposed them to send me 2 other batteries with the good capacity and I will send the 2 wrong batteries back to them.(or to pay me back and I send them the batteries.)
After 2 emails I have no answer so I do this post to inform you about the bad quality of the 2 batteries I received form TENERGY.
I 'll keep you inform in case of response from them.
