Strong rear rack?

Hi everyone I've be clocking up loads of miles on my ebike but the only problem I have is the rear cycle racks keep cracking due to the weight off the 4 heavy sla battereis >:(. does anyone know of a good strong rack I could use  ??? thanks jay

Maybe try some 'pannier' type racks where it will also be better by distributing the weight each side more evenly.

This way you can keep 2 on each side, there is not near as much force applied to the rack as if they were sitting on top of one.
Then you can use the top of the wheel for papers or whatever. It will handle way better too

There's a post from Leslie if you do some searches of him using old tyre tubes to support the batteries mid frame, this could also be an option?

hi, I have the pannier set up with 2 battereis on each side at the moment, I like the idea of the batteries in the frame I think it would handle better. but like to keep the bike looking like a standard bike so would rather have them in the pannier bags thanks jay
