From my personal experience I can tell you that the Golden Motor 36Volt lights work just fine at 48Volt.

Hi Don,
These lights are available from North America dealers.
You do not mention your location, but the shipping costs you are quoting
involves air freight from China. They only weigh a few ounces in the box, and
UPS or USPS can get them to you for fewer bucks, from North America. Where are you?
I have a few dozen headlights, and the USA distributor has tail lights.
You can contact me, Richard at Pedal In Power Out at pedalinpowerout@gmail.com,
and I would be happy to get you some lights for a reasonable shipping cost.

So the correct answer to your question would be yes and no. :D

I suggest you contact Richard Paige at Pedal In Power Out to find out the cost:

Bruno,

Try putting a 680 Ohm ½ watt resistor in series with the rear light, as this should allow it to run slightly below it's correct voltage.
A single 680 Ohm ¼ watt resistor would work, but it may get nice and warm. ;)
Another other option would be to use 3 x 220 Ohm ¼ watt resistors in series instead.

I would fit the resistors inside the light unit where they won't be seen or damaged.

Hello All , And THANKS for all of the Great Help ... I have the headlight coming from the Canada dealer .. They were really easy to order from .. Same price for shipping as ordering from China but I,m hoping to get it sooner than I could from China .... ::).. Maybe I should have thought more about that ... I got my Magic Pie Kit in some kind of record time from China to my door in Florida USA ... I Week ..

Oh well I am sure it will come plenty soon enough . I am not in any big hurry for it .. Thanks again for the help I wasn't sure if I could use it with 48 volts and you folks have set my mind at ease .. Thank You , Don J.
