"G" or "F" is for the pedelec-sensor.. but which one??
exactly the same plug! both fit!?? so why are there two pedelec-plugs on this controller?
I would suggest the throttle and pedelec device use the same type of input to send information to the speed controller and it should therefore make no difference which of the two connectors each control used.
I.E. Black=0v, Red=+5v & Green will be somewhere between 0v and +5v
(dependant upon the throttle position or pedal sensor output) Could I burn the controller if I plug it to the wrong connector?
I would think that was very unlikely, otherwise different coloured wires and/or different connectors would have been used to prevent this.
Will the motor work without battery indicator (I have watt's up.. don't need both)
Yes, It definitely will work without the battery indicator.
Will the motor work without twist-throttle? (not allowed in my country)
I would think the pedelec function should work OK without a throttle being attached.
Unless someone tells you otherwise, I would plug it in and spin the pedals with the chain disconnected and see if it works.
Don't forget to let us know how you get on.
