Hello there,
I would recommend that you order our new battery packs, if you would wait a few more weeks, the packaging will be redesigned and it will come neatly with a charger.

Cheers, Philip

Dear customer-who-needs-battery-urgently

Yes if you need it urgently, please purchase our battery pack right away. The only difference is the packaging and some extra design outside. However, the contents inside are the same. We recently used a thicker layer of styrofoam packing so that the battery would receive little to none damage while being air-shipped.

The latest revision of the e-bike DIY Kit installation guide has a new section describing a protective cover for the battery plug and a box for the controller. Are these parts now included if ordering the battery pack with rack?
