My name is Samuele Schiavoni, I am an engineer, and I am working with a 3 kW Golden Motor air-cooled controlled by a VEC200. I consider myself a newbie of electric motor so please be patient with my questions

I have already installed some of this equipment without any problems.
After 20 minutes of usage, one of the motor suddenly stopped and the VEC200 gave 3 blink error, corresponding to "Motor over-current protection" ("Motor phase is short-circuit or phase to ground is short-circuit "). After switch-off the motor, I did the switch-on and the motor started immediately without any problem.
After 5 minutes the motor suddenly stopped and the VEC200 gave the same error.
I already check the connections, they are ok.
What I can do?
