Reopen Discussion on 48V10AH/BAC-601 Voltage/ Motor Drop Out
« on: August 22, 2018, 10:18:59 PM »
I guess I need guidance setting up something on the controller (maybe).  Started riding with 54.2 volts showing on volt meter.  BAC601 showing full and thumb throttle showing green.  Rode 51.75 miles using very little thumb throttle and mostly peddle assist, still show full and green and then everything went dead, checked voltage, showed 51.5.  Today (did not put on charger) showed 51.2 volts and rode about 1 mile using only thumb throttle with everything showing full and green and then everything went dead. Turned switch off and on and everything showed full once more. Got home and show 51.1 volts.  Do I have something set up wrong so the voltage meters do not show the correct (approximate) remaining voltage?  Has anyone really used the peddle assist enough to know what is the best settings for a smooth ride that conserves the battery? Thanks Tom
