It looks like those measurements are for the extruded deep "V" 20" rims like the one on the front of my wheelie machine, instead of the solid cast rim:



These 20" spoked rims were used on Smart Pies, and possibly on the Magic Pie Edge as well.

Yes, the edge motors in 20 inch are spoked. My chopper doesn't do wheelies as its front wheel drive.

Nice Choppers.
In a more laid back approach I put my Magic Pie III, 20" cast wheel hub motor on the back of a KMX recumbent.  ;D
