Software modification:
                                        Speed scale = 85% [ Maximum speed = 35 km/h ]
                                        Acceleration = 85% [ Nice soft start ]
                                        Regen Brake = 85% [ Minimal use of bike brakes ]

Test over few days:  30 km/h drive radius ~25 km
                                     25 km/h drive radios ~30-35 km
