right software for HPC 500 series controller,

hi everyone,

I am using to program a 72v500amp HPC series controller the software HPCMIS_WIN.rar available in the support/download section of www.goldenmotor.ca website.
can anyone confirm this is the right one or not? I am not sure about and I coudn't find any software nor info on the official GM website.
