Over 4 years ago, I bought from a dealer in berkeley (perfecteam) a 36v 12ah pack. It worked great but progressively one cell module led out of 12 on the charger was always last to go on and now it does not go on at all. I emailed GM china many times without response. Does anybody know how or where I can get replacement cells? I believe these are lithium manganese chemistry. I'd rather not purchase a whole new pack as it works well.
