Hello Tom, could you please ship another set of Magic Pies? Obviously the other two are lost somewhere, through no fault of ours.
The tracking info you supplied in November has never shown any progress at all.
You mentioned some days ago that the EPS postal folks were on-site; were you able to resolve anything with them?

October 20th - Ordered with $150 per motor air freight charged
November 25th - EMS picked-up? not convinced of this...
December 22nd - no change in tracking status nor items received
We'd like a refund for the air freight, as we obviously have not received any motors in a timely manner.
Please tell me what action you plan to take to resolve this issue.
Did EMS really pick-up? did they lose the two boxes? It's their tracking numbers; what have they told you?
