scharging battery

to how much volts must be a 36v battery [lipo] scharged

mine is scharging to 41.6v  then the green led go's on

I would say that's probably about right.

Which battery do you have, LiFeP04 duct tape version or the Aluminium Rack Pack?

I've just double checked the specification for your battery, and the end of charge voltage for those cells should be 4.2V±0.05V.
As your 36V 16Ah pack contains 40x4Ah cells in 10S4P configuration, the recommended end of charge voltage for the complete pack is 42V±0.5V.

Therefore your reading of 41.6V confirms that the battery has been fully charged. :)
