Now you've got it finished, It's my turn to ask you some questions.

How close is it to the estimated 19km/h top speed?

What is the acceleration like?
(0-15 in 2.5 seconds?)

Can it climb the 10 degree slope?

Have you got reverse on it?

Did you use the diodes for the regen?

I guess we may have to wait until after your girlfriend has had chance to test it properly, I bet she loves it though!

The max speed is about 15 km/h
Accelerating is exelent on 0 degree slone, very energic
It climb 10°
The tire skid. The motor is enough powerfull for more slone but the tire is not enough adherence for more slone degree
Maybe a 35 cm diameter wheel sould have been better (accelerating/max speed) than 28 cm actually

But  it's a real pleasure to drive this trike, my girlfriend and me are with angels
30 ah is enough (it allow 2 days use before rcharge ic break is perferct and smooth with old regenerative breaking controller 15 km with a lot of accélérating/decelerating)

There is just a little problem with axis fork (bearings) because it is a bit spent (chlidren trike recup) but it usable.
Yes it have reverse function I active from the red button of the throttle
The hand break stop the power when it press but he's use only for parking break (never but it's an emergency break)
Regen function isn't wires with charge leads (diodes) but directly on discharge leads to controller.
regen function is useless because the regen breaking is powerfulrl (but smooth, regulated by throttle) so it don't have time to charge battery (not enough to break battery)
I do very good choices and work from me and of course GM products
