Good Eye there Ginge,

The only confirmations that show are "connect success" and "disconect success". There is no "load success" or "save success". I am also wondering what is the popup on the bottom right at the beginning of the video.

MonkeyMagic ... I hope that you don't think about me an idiot already ...  :P ......  ;D

No chance! And weird I didn't notice the 'load success' either

All I know is that the green and red wire control the connect/disconnect signal and the yellow contains the hex strings, so if you end up opening the connector test the continuity between your controller connector and the yellow wire connection inside the usb casing.

I opened my usb casing by sliding a razor blade in a U-shape then just bent one half back to reveal the pcb.

Good luck is all I can really say :D

Gawd can't these woman ever leave us alone!

just Kidding..

Heres a quick look at the procedure. I had to set a controller to 36 volt today before shipping so I tought I would video tape it. As you can see I have done this a few times and it is very quick to do and easy to check.

I checked the wires.
They are OK.

I am sure that this is processor failure in my case.
