Critical Part Missing from Order

I ordered a 36V 750W 20" rear wheel motor kit AND the Li-Ion 16Ah battery at the same time. However, there was no power cable as described in the manual with either the battery or the kit. Nor could I find anything telling me I was supposed to order it separately, has anyone else had this problem? If so, has anyone else found a proper connector for the battery so that I don't have to rig something?

I love the product and would love to be able to carry this kind of thing in my custom bicycle shops in Houston and Ft Lauderdale, but not being able to find parts is a problem or having to order each part individually when buying a kit seems like a nightmare. Seems if the folks at Golden Motor could be more clear or would work more closely with someone in the states we could open this market up to these products. Thoughts anyone?

The power cord should have come with the kit.

Email 'sales@goldenmotor.com' with your complete address information
and tell them:

   The power cord that goes from the speed
   controller to the 36V LiFePo4 battery pack was missing. 

   Please mail me one.


Keep the message brief, 3 key points that take no time to read:
1) What's wrong, 
2) what you expect them to do.
3) Where to ship.

I have done that and it was suggested by them that I buy one.

On my 16Ah battery a loose mating battery connector was included with the battery, and losse connectors for the power was included with the controller. I had to supply my own wiring between these items.
