It is fairly clear.
When you include the supplied wiring and connectors it is sufficient.
Here are a couple of things I would do:
1) Most people have a hard time seeing that the diagrammed wires do not
correspond directly with the plug on the layout. I suggest an insert
that shows the actual connections. (For example, the Battery+ has a
Y-harness that ties to somewhere, I would have to look at my bike to see,
and Z seems to be tied to most controls. [is Z +5v? Can I use it for other stuff?] )
There is plenty of room for a layout over behind the controller.
2) The connector notes list S1, S2, S3, but the pins are not listed on your pinout.
It would be nice to know what they are.
Even if they are 'Spare' a little note on the side would help.
The English standard is to label these 'N/C' for no connection.
3) It would be nice if the B+ and B- had a pair of small wires and a connector for
the battery indicator. I like having it because the lights warn you that you
have left the switch on and are draining your batteries.
You should indicate battery gauge connections on your wiring diagram.
