Turbo/Booster circuit for 36v Magic Pie electric bicycle
« on: May 18, 2012, 12:35:20 AM »
Would this worlk as a kind of turbo or booster circuit for a Magic Pie connect to a 36v 16ah lithium battery pack? Would it be possible to increase range of the bike with the fully charged 12v SLA battery connected in series with this circuit? Would the controller and lithium pack, throttle, cruise control and other circuits and cables be safe with operation in this circuit??. I would like some feedback. (does the Magic Pie II controller have it's own low voltage cut-off? what voltage is it set at?)(does the BMS of the GM 36v 16ah battery have a LVC? What voltage is it set at?)

this is version of circuit design with an added voltage meter. Is this circuit keep the booster battery from draining when the booster is turned off or in the open position??
