Moderator/new user section question

There is a new spam message from a new user in the reviews section.
I thought new users couldn't create topics outside the new user box.
I don't have moderator on the reviews board or I would clean it.

Elmer, I think that particular problem has now been rectified.

I just hope that these annoying spammers don't manage to find another way around it.
