hall sensors caput!

hello!
the last sunday I install my Magic Pie 48/1000 and all work well.
I ride some kilometers (3 or 4km), stopped and then in 30 minutes start again but I had a problem.
two beeps indicate the sensors hall are broken 
I send a email to tom and sales golden motor but anybody response me.
here I read the posts about hall sensors (thaks for the information!) but now I need buy a new sensors or replace the rotor or stator of the wheel because I think that golden motor don't help me.
I don't know what can I do 
can anybody help me about her experience in this sensor or in the support by goldenmotor?
I change the hall sensors or the complete rotor or stator? can I buy it in some shop or place in internet?

Hi Albertlc, when you hear the two beeps, does the motor start to work in sensorless mode (after you start pedalling)?

If yours is the external controller version it would be advisable to closely check the connections on the hall sensor connectors to make sure that nothing has come loose.

If it is a failed hall sensor, you should be able to get Tom (tom@goldenmotor.com) to send you some. Keep your email short and simple as his English is not as good as yours.

If you can't get the hall sensors from Tom, you should be able to purchase them online.
I'm pretty sure they are equivalent to the Honeywell ss41 hall sensor.

with my external when I had a sensor failure, if you completely take out the wiring for the halls, it seemed to run perfectly...

I replaced then all 3 of my sensors with the honeywell SS41's

I have a correct voltage (5'1V) between red and black cables.
I check the halls...
black-blue (spinning wheel) 2'5/3'2V... fail!
black-green      "          "    0/4'9V... correct! 
black-yellow     "          "    always 3'0V. fail!
then, I need repair the hall sensors. I think well?
Bikemad, I don't have a normal bike. my bike don't have pedals/pedelec because I can't ride. I have a problem in my left knee and my bike is electric only. ask it about the sensorless. I don't know how it work. cycling?
looking at how to buy the hall sensors... buff! is very expensive the shipping costs to Spain (about 100 dollars buying6 halls)

now I just contact with lyen and I have already taken payment for 6 hall sensors. I prefer to have some reserves

yesterday I replaced my wheel sensors and the result is very good!
I'm very satisfied!
thank you again for the comments but I forgot to mention that I'm still waiting for response from golden motor. is a service so bad and I consider it regrettable. negative point for GM!

What is that white staff?

Is a type of white silicone that is resistant to temperature. I put it to attach the new hall sensors.
when I removed the sensors that failed had to remove part of a white silicone I guess it was to hold the sensors.

I've just joined the forum looking for information about hall sensor changes. I noticed this thread which is helpful but please be advised that you need to be careful where you use silicone sealant. It leaches out acetic acid when curing so can cause corrosion of your hall sensor leads. You're safer using epoxy resin.
