SLA Gell batteries worked for me. But I will not buy them again.  My last SLA, brand is Ritar SLA/gel battery lasted a long time compared to many other brands I bought.

But Long is 8 mths for SLA compared to years with lithium.

Some brands of 18ah sla I used lasted no more than a month before they were useless.

There is no waist though, I use my spent lead batteries on my evolving home solar system. I have three Redundant 24ah SLA now charged by 50 watt of panels.

Yep, agreed!

The problem is not the current, but the weight. What type of battery are you using?

Alan: For the 200000Ah battery I did not specified that I will be using 1000 Magic Pies below it!  ;D Just kidding, the 200000Ah battery is made of quantum bose-einsten ion condensates and do not wight more than 5g, so it is not heavy... I use them at the FTL core of my bike.

I have a new project.  I need to convert the power source from this car.

http://www.atwtg.com/index.php/cadillac-wtf-the-worlds-second-nuclear-powered-car.html

It must fit on a fold up bike like this.

Cadillac WTF uses thorium to act as a nuclear fuel powering batteries.

How fast will my fold up bike go and how far.  Will I need a BMS?

 :P ;)

If the picture is already in the internet you can copy the url of that image and put it between "http://copy_url_here" without those "" and spaces

If they are at your computer and are not too large, you can click at additional options below your text area and attach the file!

Or, you can just copy the link to the image anywhere and we click on it to see :D

this is what I found... in specification they said  20ah is for 800w motor  the best . and for 1000w motor is better to have 30ah . price  oooooo :o 787 dollar for 48v 20 amps.    for 40 ah   close to duble. plus charger. not sow fun :'(
