As not everybody received their Magic Pie User Manual I've scanned it for you.

Don't print it as there's a black background, you'll waste a lot of ink

I've never heard my Magic Pie beep, so which lights does it flash to replace the beep? The throttle LEDs?

At the foot of page 1 the author states " *For Magic Pie Kits, the BEEP may be replaced with flashes of light."
 I can only assume it means the headlight? Which I haven't attached yet.
Has anybody else tried this?
