Your 2009 catalogue is looking very good!

But I do have a few suggestions:

  • It would have been much better to use actual pictures of the bikes facing the correct way instead of using a flipped/mirror image, as chainwheels don't look right on the left hand side! (Pages 1 & 3)

  • It would be very handy to have the speed and distances in miles (as well as kms) for countries that don't use kms.

  • It might be a good idea to include torque figures so that geared and gearless hubs can be compared.

Spellings etc.

  • Page 6:
    "because we are continually improving our products" instead of "improvising"
    (improving = making better; improvising = making do)

  • Page 9:
    Should be "With a 250 Watt" instead of "WLth a 250 Watt";
    "It's the PERFECT choice" instead of "It's a PERFECT choice" (a perfect choice = one of many choices)

  • Page 13:
    "puncture proof tyre" instead of "punctureable tyre" (punctureable = can be punctured);
    "State of the art" instead of "State of art";
    "acceleration and deceleration" instead of "accelerations and decelerations";
    "rapid acceleration" instead of "rapid accelerations";
    "electromagnetic" instead of "electric-magnetic"

  • Page 14:
    "State of the art" instead of "State of art";
    "dual wheelchair motors" instead of "dual wheelchair motor";
    "Interchangable with" instead of "Exchangeable to"

Please don't take this the wrong way as I'm not trying to criticise - just trying to be helpful.

Hi,

Thank you so much, this was our first catalog, completely written and designed by myself, please pardon the errors!
I am a total newbie so I strongly welcome any other comments and stuff.

Yours,
Yao Yuan

I would like to see in the guide some explanations regarding the green wire on the throttle. According to some posts it should be connected to the + battery wire to show the charge level. Can someone from GM confirm please?

Thanks, John

Ok, be up in a jiffy!

Jiffy is used in different applications for various short, very short, or extremely short periods of time. In informal speech a "jiffy" means any unspecified short period of time

In my opinion, 40 days is much too long for a jiffy!  :D

Now you can see the catalog in "pdf" format:
