new MP III does not start by itself - problem
« on: October 23, 2015, 03:51:02 AM »
Hi guys, am sorry in advance if I should not start this as I am sure it was discussed before but couldnĀ“t find totally same problem with actual answer/solution.

I was just installing brand new MP III with internal controller for my friend and after connecting to battery lights on throttle went on, but wheel did not react. Actually it did by doing silent noise - like energy goes to wheel but no turn. Wheel was very easy to turn. So I connected engine to PC via USB checked things, looked fine, connected battery again and magically everything worked good! ...for 1 day. Then same problem appeared again. Then it turned out that engine most of the time starts to run if I help him by hand or just give him a bit help...but sometimes engine worked by itself, but not always and then I had to help it by hand. Need to stay that wheel turns smoothly with no resistance.

I even opened internal controller to check if all cables are connected and everything inside looked fine. Tried another throttle, but no change.

Any ideas? Canbles should be as well OK. Is it something with hall sensors? How do I check them. Am not electrician, but can try my best. I know that this specific problem means something but can not find what it is. Any help welcomed.
