I have purchaced a new cruise control and controller from GM (along with lots of other previous stuff)  . The hall connector harness didn't come with it. I am pretty good with soldering and such and want to add the correct connectors to my brakes and build my own  hall connector harness. Does anyone Knoww what these connectors are called?  ??? ???   I have tried again and agian to get this info from GM but so far Nothing.  :'(
Was going to start my secound build with a magic Pie but I am Having secound thoughts after these supprt issues. GM has some really cool stuff too bad they don't seem to have any customer support.. :P

In my opinion, GM do not know what customer support means.

I won't do business with them again.

So you received a controller with no wires? Is that correct? Where did you order it from, Your controller should have the wires with it.

As for customer support, thats a tough one. I have found the best support starts here in the forum. Diagnosing your problems and concerns by the "Super E-bike Geeks" that hang out here. Then an email to Tom should get you some help, but it doesnt seem to come as quickly as most would like. It sometimes takes several emails to get his attention. I don't blame him as he is the busiest guy at GM HQ. I know you can order a wiring harness from GM but the dealer you ordered from should send you one for free as thats what you paid for.
