My 48V
BMS is damaged and I received a replacement from GM. The damaged one has a smaller printed circuit board (PCB) sitting on top of the main board. It mainly contains resistors which are probably used as loads to dump some 'bleeding' power? The new board is identical to the damaged one, however the smaller 'resistor PCB' is missing. I have no idea if this is a mistake or ok. what is the function of the smaller piggyback PCB? can it be left out and the
BMS still works? I am confused! r
