anyone knows how to open a mini-engine 250w

Your minimotor is different to the others that I have seen, but I would say the left hand cover must be unscrewed

using a tool like the one shown below:

It's the only way that I can see to open it.

You could use a mallot and a centre punch to unscrew the cover but that may be a bad thing and cause damage.  You could cut the tool drill three holes and use high tensile screws to make the three pins. Or find some junk and get a steel disk with no centre, drill three holes and secure three pin screws that extend out from the other side and use a lever or large screw driver in between the screws and turn..
