My charger bit the dust. It's been 4 years, it's probably time to invest again.
The external fuse is good.
I opened it up, confirmed that the fast-blow fuse on the board is intact.
None of the components appear bad (except one diode on the bottom
of the board that looks like it got hot, but it still works.
(measured through the connected resistor.)
Before I toss it in the trash, does anyone have any other ideas?
